The minimum annual income for to qualify for the Citi Quick Cash loan is S$30,000 for Singaporeans and PRs and S$42,000 for foreigners.

How do I apply for the Citi Quick Cash loan via Grab?

To apply for a Citi Quick Cash Loan, you can open your Grab app and go to Loans > Citi Quick Cash > Apply.

Firstly, you’ll need to verify your identity by linking your Citi credit card.This is done using the last 4 digits of your Citi credit card number and your Citi-registered mobile number. You’ll receive an OTP that you’ll need to enter to verify your account.

Then, if you’re accepted, you can customize your loan amount, select the tenure and a Singapore bank account to receive your fund into.

Finally, confirm and verify your identity via OTP and you’ll receive the money in 2 to 3 working days.

How can I get the signup cashback offer?

You can get cash back from Citi in your GrabPay wallet when you apply for Quick Cash via your Grab app. The amount you receive is based on the size of the Quick Cash loan you take.

S$10,000 – S$19,999 Citi Quick Cash will receive S$100 in your GrabPay wallet.

S$20,000 – S$49,999 Citi Quick Cash will receive S$200 in your GrabPay wallet.

More than S$50,000 Citi Quick Cash will receive S$500 in your GrabPay wallet.

Where is my loan offer from?

Your loan offer is from Citibank (not from Grab). Citibank will charge the loan instalment amount to your credit card bill.

Can I apply for a second Citi Quick Cash loan?

It is possible to apply for a second Citi Quick Cash loan.

To check whether you’re eligible for a second loan, you can check in the Grab app. If you are eligible, you can follow the same application process as before and you will be able to view another loan offer.

When will I get the money, once I’ve successfully completed my application?

The time taken for you to receive the money will vary, depending on your selected bank account:

For disbursals to Citibank accounts: 2 working days
For disbursals to other banks: 3 working days

Where will the money be disbursed to?

Citibank will disburse your loan amount to the account you selected in the application.

Please note that you will not be able to change your bank account after the loan amount has been disbursed.

If the loan amount has not been disbursed, changes to the account will be done on a case-to-case basis. Please contact Citibank at 6225-5225 from 8am to 8pm daily to request for the change.

How do I monitor the progress of my loan repayments?

You may refer to your Citi Credit Card statement of account found via Citibank Online or Citi Mobile App.

How do I pay my Citi Quick Cash instalments?

Every month, Citibank will charge the loan instalment amount to the bill of your Citi Credit Card that you linked during your application. So when you pay your credit card bill, you make your Citi Quick Cash loan repayment at the same time.
