How to get $10 off your first 2 cashless rides with VISA!

  1. Tap on the menu on the top-left hand corner of the screen and select “GrabPay”.
  2. Click on “Add Card” to enter your VISA card details.
  3. Return to the booking screen to select your pick-up and drop-off points.
  4. Set credit card as your payment method, ensuring it’s a VISA card.
  5. Use the promo code GRABVISA.
  6. Upon successful booking, you’ll automatically receive a $10 discount off your fare.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

  • Valid from 1 August – 11 September 2016 (Promotion Period).
  • Eligible for new credit/debit card users only
  • Promo code is only valid for bookings made with a Visa Credit/Debit Card.

3. How do I know if I’m eligible for this promotion?
You are eligible if you are a new cashless user. If you are unsure of your eligibility, key in the promo code GRABVISA, select payment via a VISA card and check if it activates for you. If it works, you can participate in this promotion.

4. I am eligible for the promotion. How do I claim my discounted ride?

5. Is the fare indicated when I make the booking already discounted?

No. The fare your see in the app is the full fare. The discount will be applied after the booking is confirmed, and the discounted fare will be indicated in the e-receipt.

  • “Go cashless and get $10 off your first 2 rides!” (“the Campaign”) is organised by Grab Pte Ltd. (“the Organiser”) and is open to all new cashless users on the Grab application.
