- Look for your name in the winner’s list below to see if and what you’ve won.
- If you’ve won, you’ll find your prizes inside ‘My Rewards’ in your Grab app by 2 Sept, Mon (6pm).
- Open ‘My Rewards’ and present your prize voucher to collect your prize at:

What will happen if I do not collect my prize during the redemption period?
Collection of prizes are strictly limited to the redemption period between 9 Sep – 7 Oct 2019. We will not be able to entertain any requests to redeem the prizes outside of this period. All uncollected prizes after 7 Oct 2019 will be forfeited and donated to charity.
Can I nominate a friend or family member to collect on my behalf?
Please redeem your prize in person. To collect it at the redemption centre, we will require you to present the following for our staff to verify your identity:
– Your Grab Reward in your Grab app, which doubles up as your redemption voucher.
– Your profile page on your Grab app, with a mobile number that matches the one in our database.
I see my name and number listed on the winner’s list (for lifestyle, travel, entertainment and electronics prizes) but I did not receive an SMS and/or a Grab Reward, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Experience via Help Centre in the app to verify if you have not received an SMS and/or Grab Reward by 2 Sep, Mon (6pm).
