With the revamped GRBeyond Loyalty Program, drivers with medical leave (MC) and are eligible for GRBeyond benefits may submit your application for rental recovery.

Please do note that your application(s) should not be submitted later than 7 days for the Rental Recovery Day(s) applied for.

You can apply for this GRBeyond Rental Recovery Waivers via this online form and follow the step-by-step guide below.

2. Fill up the application form
3. Attach relevant documents (e.g. Medical Certificate/Hospitalisation Certificate/Death Certificate of an immediate family)
4. Submit

Yes, however if the vehicle is tied to any promotion (eg. Brand New Car Bonus etc) you will be required to pay back the bonus.

Meanwhile for any change of vehicle, rental rates will be based on non promotional rates (not the current promotion rates).

If your contract has ended, rental rate might revert to the open contract rate depending on the month’s pricing.

However, rest assured that you will be notified 14 business days in advance (via in-app notification) should the rates be reverted.

This will give you plenty time to decide whether to recontract, return the vehicle or continue driving with the new reverteed rate.

By opting for an Open Contract, it will provide you with the flexibility to choose how long you intend to rent your car for without having to commit to a fixed contract length. Once you have completed the Minimum Rental Period stated in your rental agreement, you will be on an Open Contract.
