Hourly Guarantee:

Up to $9/hr this week, guaranteed!

The Hourly Guarantee incentive scheme promises a level of income despite the ups and downs in demand that are beyond your control. It means you are rewarded for staying online to serve Eaters, even when demand levels or quality may not be optimum.

Please note that because Tuesday is a Public Holiday, it will be counted as a weekend.

Here are the best times to hit the road this week:

  • Trips completed during off-peak periods will be paid a flat drop fee of $6 per trip.
  • How to read the above table:
    • Delivery-partner Mr Tan is online from 11AM to 1PM on Wednesday and has completed 2 trips to earn $12 (2 trips x $6).
    • How does this scheme work?
      • Because Mr Tan kept his app turned on and completed 2 trips between 11AM to 1PM, therefore despite low demand, he’s still eligible to earn a minimum earning of $18 ($9/hr x 2hrs).
      • Grab tops up the difference of $6 ($18 – $12)!
  • Please note that Hourly Guarantee incentives are also broken down to the minute.
  • Time paused on the app does not count towards the Hourly Guarantee incentive.
  • Eligible trips are unique Eater trips.
  • To qualify, maintain AR of 70% and above during this incentive period.

Quest Incentive:

Earn up to $125 in Incentives ON TOP of Hourly Guarantees
Hit the following all-week targets and earn up to $125 on top of your hourly guarantee!

  • Eligible trips are unique Eater trips.
  • To qualify, maintain AR of 70% and above during each incentive period.

Make sure you satisfy the following criteria to qualify for your incentives:

Quick tips:
  1. Change your phone settings to ‘display always on’ to avoid missing out orders in the event your phone goes to sleep
  2. To do deliveries in another district (if you move between Downtown (CBD)/ West), you will have to end session and then log in at the new zone you want to do deliveries in.
  3. If you encounter a large order, call the GrabFood support hotline at 6902 1038. Another delivery-partner will be dispatched to help with the large order.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
