The GrabRentals Referral Challenge (the “Challenge”) will run from 8 November 2021 – 12 November 2021
The GrabRentals Referral Challenge is limited to 100 referrals in total, on a first come first serve basis
To be eligible for the referral challenge, Hirer-Partners (“referrer”) will need to fulfill the following conditions:
Rent a car from GrabRentals and have an active GrabRentals contract at the time of referral.
Has not scheduled any car return on/before 12 Nov 2021
Each referrer can refer up to 2 new GrabRentals Hirer-Partners (“referee”)
The referee must be a) new to GrabRentals and has not rented from GrabRentals before OR b) has rented from GrabRentals before, and returned his/her car before 7 October 2021
The referee must have an existing Grab Driver-Partner account
The referee must sign a rental agreement with GrabRentals during the period of 8 November 2021 – 12 November 2021, with a minimum of 3-months contract length, with car collection for mileage cars to be done by 26 November 2021 and collection of brand new cars by 29 December 2021
To get the referral rewards, the referee must provide the referrer’s full name and his/her Grab registered phone number upon the referee’s vehicle appointment booking at Grab Driver Centre.
Referrers will not need to be present at the Grab Driver Centre during the appointment.
Referral Rewards:
Both the referrer and referees will enjoy the same amount of wheels based on the contract length which the referee has signed
3-months contract: 5,000 wheels each
6-months contract: 12,000 wheels each
12-months contract: 20,000 wheels each
24-months contract: 30,000 wheels each
Payout:
For referrers: The payout will be issued in the following calendar quarter
For referees: The payout will be issued in instalments every quarter, across his/her contract length, with the final instalment being paid in the calendar quarter following the referee’s contract end date.
Failure to complete the contract rental period by the referee may result in the clawback of wheels that were issued to both the referees and referrers.
Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the rewards for another reward of similar value.
Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-parties for claims or damages or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
By participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Challenge.
Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
