GrabRentals is introducing a brand-new Car Sharing feature in the Grab Driver app! This allows you to easily share a car with another Driver-Partner, splitting the rental costs, starting at just $32.70*/day.

Here’s how you can access the brand new feature on your Grab Driver app.
For existing GrabRentals
Mazda 3 driver-partners
- 1. Tap on Account > All services and scroll to the end until you see Rental.
- 2. Tap on Car sharing > Try it out and select the daily location and 12-hour timeslot that you prefer, then Submit.
- 3. Browse through the listings and tap on them to view Sharing details.
- 4. Tap on Invite driver to share or come back anytime to view new potential matches.
For new driver-partners
without a car
- 1. Tap on Account > All services and scroll to the end until you see Rental.
- 2. Tap on Share with a driver to upload the relevant documents and add yourself to the sharer pool, then Submit.
- 3. Tap on Try it out to select the daily location and 12-hour timeslot that you prefer, then Submit again.
- 4. Browse through the listings and tap on them to view Sharing details.
- 5. Tap on Invite driver to share or come back anytime to view new potential matches.
Kindly note that this feature is currently only available for selected driver-partners, and will gradually be rolled out to all driver-partners.
