It’s easy – rental cost is deducted daily from your Grab Driver app’s credit wallet. If you have insufficient credits, you can top up your credit wallet via DBS/ POSB ATM machines & ibanking, your Grab Driver app’s cash-to-credit top-up functionality, and more. For details, refer to your Driver Quick Reference guide which you will get after renting from us.
How much do I have to pay for commercial car insurance & car servicing?
When you join GrabRentals, you are instantly covered under our commercial car insurance. The coverage includes vehicle damage, third party risks & liabilities, vehicle loss & theft, and windscreen damage. Insurance excess still applies.
In addition, free car servicing is included to ensure your car runs at peak efficiency. This means that not a cent is expected out of your pocket for maintenance, or replacement of usual wear-and-tear parts!
Can the car be driven for personal use?
Yes you can! We do have part-time private-hire drivers renting from us, where a portion of their driving time is for PHV purposes, and the remainder for their own use.
Are relief drivers allowed?
Yes, you may nominate up to 2 additional drivers per car. They may be relief drivers using the car for private-hire driving, or family/friends using the car for personal purposes.
Kindly drop by Grab@Sin Ming with your additional driver to register. Please have him/her bring along the following:
