Your GrabPay Wallet can be found in the Grab consumer app, and you can use it to:

  • Easily view your GrabPay Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Make cashless payments with your GrabPay Wallet
  • Access Grab financial products such as AutoInvest, Shop Now Pay Later, and more

Your Cash Wallet is still found in your Grab driver app, and you can use it to:

  • Manage your earnings
  • Pay for your day to day costs, such as rental and insurance

You can also view your GrabPay Wallet balance and transaction history from your driver app.

  • How do I get a GrabPay Wallet?

    Start by downloading the Grab consumer app. Please remember to login to the Grab consumer app with the same phone number you used for your Grab driver app. Next, make sure you update your Grab driver app to ensure you can link your GrabPay Wallet to your Cash Wallet.

  • What if I’m using a different mobile number on my Grab driver and consumer apps?

    You’ll need to update your mobile number on either app to ensure that the same number is used for both, so that your wallets can be linked. Without linking the two, your wallets will reflect different amounts on each of the apps. Here’s how to update your mobile number on either your driver app or consumer app.

  • Why has Credit Wallet been removed?

    We’ve removed Credit Wallet to streamline your Driver Wallet experience. Now, Cash Wallet and GrabPay Wallet are all you need. If you have an existing Credit Wallet, don’t worry -- we’ll transfer any outstanding balance to your Cash Wallet before removing it.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
