Your development on and off the road is important to us. That’s why we want you to have ready access to all the training you need – from the day you join. We’re here to guide you through the steps to ensure you consistently provide the highest standards of services as a Grab driver-partner. And because your personal growth also matters, our career support portal offers upskilling courses to help you build a better life for yourself. Whichever stage of training you need, you’ll find it all here!

You’ve finished your onboarding and are now activated on the Grab platform – but the training doesn’t stop there. On-the-job training includes optional mentoring and personal development programmes so you can keep improving. There are also mandatory refresher programmes for driver-partners who fall short of our standards.

For driver-partners who fail to meet the minimum service & behaviour requirements, refresher training is mandatory and takes the form of face-to-face discussions or additional training.
This may even include suspension/banning of account. Should you be identified for this training, you will be notified by the Partner Quality Team.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
