Understanding incentive (mission) schemes to boost your earnings.

How to manage Government and Grab requirements for safety on the road.

Grab Delivery-Partners Skills Training
Be equipped with various skills sets on providing the highest service and hygiene standards while also being safe on the job.
1. Service and Food Hygiene for Delivery Personnel (All Vehicle Types) – (Duration: 1 Day)
Learn the principles of service excellence, effective communication skills and food handling practices. Be equipped with the skills and attitude to handle the most common challenges faced by delivery partners.
2. Occupational Safety for Delivery Personnel (Bicycle/PAB & Walker or Motorcycle) – (Duration: 1 Day)
This programme will empower our learners to develop professional etiquette and safety awareness. Course material will differ for Bicycle/PAB & Walker and Motorcycle.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
