Q: Who is eligible to post a deal?
A: All GrabCar partners with a minimum rating of 4.3 stars and at least 20 trips completed in the previous month are eligible to post a deal, subjected to Grab’s approval.

Q: What type of deals are eligible? 
A:  While we welcome all applications, only attractive deals offered by legitimate businesses, offering goods / services that are relevant to our driver-partners will be selected.

Deals offered exclusively to Grab driver-partners required. Preferred offer categories:

  • F&B
  • Daily necessities
  • Education / learning
  • Fashion
  • Electronics / gadgets
  • Vehicle related goods / services

All deals must be valid for a minimum of 3 months.

Please note that offers from the following categories will not be considered:

  • Investment and/or financial products / services (including insurance & property agent services)
  • Multi-level marketing products / services
  • Any illegal activities

Grab reserves sole and absolute right to make the final decision on deal selection.

Q: Are there any charges or listing fees to publish a deal?
A: No, it is free of charge.

Q: Where will the deals be published?
A: Deals will be published on Grab Driver for Driver Benefits page here. It is also accessible via GrabCar Driver Benefits page here.

A: Simply fill up the form here and we will do the rest! Please provide accurate and clear details.

Q: I submitted an application, why was my deal rejected/not posted on the website?
A: Only the most attractive deals are published on our website. Some common reasons why we need to reject deals:

  • It falls within the prohibited categories of investment and/or financial products / services (including insurance & property agent services); multi-level marketing products / services; or involves any illegal activities.
  • The business/deal conflicts with Grab’s business or partnerships.
  • The application was submitted with insufficient information to make an assessment.
  • There is no exclusive benefit/discount offered to Grab drivers-partners.

Q: How do I redeem a deal?
A: Simply follow the redemption instructions listed next to the deal, e.g. flash the Grab driver’s app at the shop.
