  • I’m not a Singaporean citizen/PR. Can I still sign up for AutoInvest?

    AutoInvest is currently only available for Singaporean Citizens, Singaporean Permanent Residents (PRs), and Work Pass Holders. You must also be at least 18 years old to access AutoInvest.

    Please note that AutoInvest is not available for US persons (US Citizen, US Green Card Holder, or US Tax Resident) at this time.

  • Are there fees involved?

    Yes. The fees to maintain actively managed funds across our AutoInvest portfolios are about 0.45% per annum (or 45 cents for S$100 invested for 1 year). This fee includes fund management fee as well as other costs associated with managing the fund such as custodians, auditors, trustees, and legal advisers.

  • What am I investing in?

    Your money will be invested in carefully-selected money markets and short term fixed income mutual funds to create investment solutions with stable returns. While we are currently using Fullerton Fund Management and UOB Asset Management Ltd for fund management of your investments, we may replace and invest in such other funds which may be managed by other Asset Management Companies as we deem suitable from time to time.

  • Can I cancel or reverse an AutoInvest transfer?

    Yes. You can do so using the “Cancel Transfer” option in the Transfer Detail page. If the transfer status is still “In Queue”, you may proceed with the cancellation or reversal. However, you won’t be able to do so if the status shows “Currently Processing” or “Invested”. Once your transfer becomes invested, please follow the withdrawal process if you wish to transfer your funds into your accounts.

  • Why can’t I see the ‘Invest’ icon in my Grab app?

    Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the Grab app. You should now be able to find us on the app’s homepage. If you still can’t see it, this feature may not be available to you just yet, as we’re progressively rolling it out to all users.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
