How is web booking different from booking from the GRAB app?
The GrabCoach web booking form allows you to register your request for different-sized buses and vans for trips more than 3 working days ahead.
How do I create a booking?
You can register your booking request through the web booking form in the GrabCoach website banner or click on the ‘learn more’ link in the Grab App when a GrabCoach service type is selected.
How do I book in advance?
Just fill in the form with your desired pick-up and drop-off points, and trip details from 3 days in advance. We will contact you via email if we are able to fulfill your request and next steps within 1 working day.
How is my fare calculated?
The base fares are fixed depending on the size of the vehicle.
Can I ask the driver to do multiple drop-offs?
No, but we allow up to 2 pick up stops within 10km apart as part of the base fare.
Do I have to download another app?
No. This service is accessible within the current Grab App and website via a form.
Why should I use GrabCoach web booking?
It allows you to book a trip 3 days in advance with a higher probability of matching you with your required driver.
How do I pay the driver?
Payment is easy! Top up your GrabPay credits in the GrabApp and a QR code will be sent upon trip confirmation. Scan the QR code to make a 20% deposit when the trip is confirmed and 80% subsequently at least 1 working day before the trip. Every ride will earn you GrabRewards points.
How about ERP charges?
ERP charges are included in the fixed fare that is shown at the time of booking. You will not additional incur ERP charges if the route taken has ERP.
What if i decide to cancel?
Cancellations are allowed up to 3 working days before and refunds of the desposit will be made via fund transfer. The deposit of 20% will be forfeited if you cancel less than 3 working days before the trip. Cancellations are not allowed 24 hours before the trip.
Who do I contact for changes in my booking
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try out best to accommodate the changes. However, please be mindful that any changes within 3 working days of the trip may result in a cancellation and a forfeited deposit.
Can I pay using cash?
No, currently the only form of payment mode accepted is GrabPay. If you face any challenges GrabPay, please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
What is the bus capacity available?
We have fleets of 13 Seaters, 23 Seaters and 40 Seaters buses.
