HOW TO ORDER WITH BAREPACK:
- Download the barePack app (Android, iOS) and subscribe to try for FREE
- On the search bar, find and select the restaurant that you want to order on your Grab app
- Tap OTP (One-Time-Pin)
- Choose the quantity of Cups and Boxes for your order (no more than five items at the time in total)
- Tap to Generate OTP
- On your Grab app, find the same restaurant, choose your food and drink items like you usually would
- In the “Special Instructions” box, key in your OTP
- Check-out and pay as usual; you will not be charged any extra fees
HOW TO RETURN CONTAINERS:
- Open your barePack app; you can return your barePack items at any participating partner listed on the barePack map
- Visit the restaurant and scan the unique designated QR code at the restaurant
- Tap “Return” and choose the quantity of barePack cups and boxes
- Tap to confirm
Muuse
Muuse is a membership-based service that aims to reduce waste and enable more environmentally friendly deliveries. With Muuse, you can opt in to use reusable containers from participating merchants.

HOW TO JOIN MUUSE:
- Download the Muuse app and subscribe
- Launch the Grab app and select “Food”
- Select a participating merchant and choose your meal
- Before adding to your basket, select “Deliver in Muuse Reusable Container”
- Enter your Muuse ID in the “Special Instructions” box
- Complete your order and wait for it to arrive
- Scan the container’s QR code with the Muuse app upon receipt and enjoy your order
- When you’re done, clean and return the container within 14 days to any participating merchant which can be found on the Muuse app or from their website

Q: Can I heat up my food in the barePack reusable containers in a microwave?
A: Yes, the barePack FlexBoxes are microwave friendly but please reheat without the lid. The KindCups are made using stainless steel, so do not put them in the microwave!
