How to get $8 off your airport rides!

  1. Tap on the menu on the top-left hand corner of the screen and select “GrabPay”.
  2. Click on “Add Card” to enter your card details.
  3. Return to the booking screen to select your pick-up and drop-off points. Please note that either of these locations have to be Changi Airport Terminals in order for the promo code to work.
  4. Remember to choose GrabCar vehicle type and set credit card as your payment method.

  6. Upon successful booking, you’ll automatically receive a $8 discount off your fare.

Where are the arrival pick-up points?

Upon arrival, simply search for the following pick-up points depending on which terminal you’re at.

  • Changi Airport Terminal 1 (Arrival Hall)
  • Changi Airport Terminal 2 (Arrival Hall)
  • Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Arrival Hall)

Your driver will pick you up at your arrival pick up point. Please call to confirm your exact location (e.g. Door 1, Door 2, etc.) so that your car will be waiting for you.

Turn left upon exit from baggage claim area.

Terminal 2 – L1 Arrival Pick-Up Point

Take the escalator or lift down one level upon exit from baggage claim.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
