How to Top-Up using DBS ATM?

Important things to note:
1) Ensure your IC number is correct, if not you will get billed but won’t receive a top-up on the GrabTaxi driver App
2) Ensure you select the correct corporate number and corporation name, if not you will get billed but won’t receive a top-up on the GrabTaxi driver App
3) The top-up in the GrabTaxi App is not immediate. You will receive the top-up approximately after 1 hour

TOP UP PROCESS – STEP BY STEP GUIDE


Step 1: Insert DBS / POSB ATM card into the card slot and key in your pin no.
Step 2: Select “More Services”.


Step 3: Select Credit Card / Bill Payment.


Step 4: Press “99” followed by the ‘Enter’ key for more corporations.


Step 5: Enter the Corporation No. and press the ‘Enter’ key.
IMPORTANT: The billing number changes from time to time, so please double check the corporation name before pressing ‘Enter’.


Step 6: Enter the bill reference no., which in this case, is your 7 digit NRIC no. (without alphabets)  and press ‘Enter’.


Step 7: Choose your account type

Step 8: Enter the desired top-up amount and press ‘If Correct’.
IMPORTANT: The minimum top-up amount is $30.00

Step 9: Check the payment details and press “To confirm” to make the payment.

Step 10: Transaction Completed! Please keep your receipt after the transaction in the event of dispute or transaction issues.
