Remember to stick to the 2 trips/day regulation where 1 trip may consist of more than 1 pickup along the same away. Please also inform your riders IN ADVANCE should they be sharing their ride and the ride arrangement including order of pickup/drop-off and estimated time to destination.

Fuel Up Incentive Terms and Conditions:

  • Valid for pickups completed between 6 to 7 June 2019 where pickup time in the booking request and completion time in the app must both fall within the stipulated period
  • Only pickups with unique riders will be counted
  • Exclusive to Hitch Club Pros and Champs only (tier status as of 3 June 2019)
  • Shell Fuel vouchers expire on 30 June 2019 – no exchange or extension of prizes will be allowed
  • In the event where there is a tie in the number of unique riders when determining the top 200 winners, the driver with the higher ride count will be selected
  • Winners will be notified by SMS on 10 June 2019
  • GrabCar driver partners are not included in this bonus
  • GrabHitch reserves the right to take necessary action against those suspected of fraudulent activities

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
