On 8 Apr 2019, we invited you for the beta testing of our new initiative feature, 3D Cashout where those who have opted in have been enjoying receiving their cashouts in 1-3 working days!

The first round of beta is set to end on 6 May. Well, guess what? We’re extending it and we’re offering V2 to you again, our Champ drivers!

What’s new in 3D Cashout Beta V2?

The ONLY change is that you’ll need a minimum of $50 per cashout request. Otherwise, you’ll encounter the following error message:


The cashout schedule will still follow the same for the current beta:

Request in the app between…  *Receive in your bank account on… 
Monday – Wednesday Thursday
Thursday – Sunday Monday

*Or next working day if Thursday/Monday falls on a Public Holiday.


What if I don’t sign up?

That’s alright! You’ll return to our standard cashout cycle of up to 10 working days where requests are processed every Friday.

Please note that for those who have opted in for the first round, you’re required to opt-in again.

How do I sign up?

Before you sign up for the beta test, please read through the following T&Cs:

  • The beta test for 3D Cashout will run from 6 May to 3 Jun 2019.
  • This invite is open to Hitch Club Champ drivers (tier status achieved as of 29 Apr 2019) only.
  • Interested parties must sign up via the opt-in form by 5 May 1400. Any submissions after the deadline will not be entertained.
  • GrabHitch reserves the right to terminate the beta test prematurely or extend at its sole discretion.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
