An acceptable profile picture has the following characteristics:
- It should be a front facing picture – with a clear view of your face
- No one else should be present in the photo
- The picture should have a white background
- Do not wear any headgear or shades in the picture
- Do not take a picture of another picture

NRIC:
An acceptable NRIC document upload has the following characteristics:
- Take a picture of both sides of the NRIC
- The NRIC should be in a good state with all the information visible clearly
- Do not edit images

Banking Details:
An acceptable document upload your banking details has the following characteristics:
- It should be a picture that shows your name and your account number clearly
- Examples could include pictures of your bank passbook or bank e-statement
Picture of PMD with the Registration Number
An acceptable picture of the PMD has the following characteristics:
- The picture should clearly show the full PMD and the Registration Number
- The Registration Number should match the E-Letter with Annex A

For the E-Letter from LTA, take note of the following:
- Where to get the E-Letter: Log in to your One Motoring Account > Click on “E-Letter inbox” to retrieve your E-Letter
- The E-Letter should clearly state your name and your vehicle’s registration number
- The vehicle’s registration number should match the picture of your PMD
