An acceptable profile picture has the following characteristics:
- It should be a front facing picture – with a clear view of your face
- No one else should be present in the photo
- The picture should have a white background
- Do not wear any headgear or shades in the picture
- Do not take a picture of another picture

NRIC:
An acceptable NRIC document upload has the following characteristics:
- Take a picture of both sides of the NRIC
- The NRIC should be in a good state with all the information visible clearly
- Do not edit images

Banking Details:
An acceptable document upload your banking details has the following characteristics:
- It should be a picture that shows your name and your account number clearly
- Examples could include pictures of your bank passbook or bank e-statement
Driving License
An acceptable driving license has the following characteristics:
- Take a picture of both sides of your Driving License
- The DL should be in a good state with all the information visible clearly
- If you have a 2B license, then the ‘Effective Date’ on the back of the DL needs to be at least 1 year prior to the current date

Vehicle Log Card
An acceptable vehicle log card has the following characteristics:
- It needs to be a clear screenshot of your Log Card from the One Motoring website
- The Vehicle Number needs to match the Vehicle Number in your Commercial Insurance
- The COE Expiry date should be clearly visible and should be valid
- Vehicle Make and Model should be clearly visible

Commercial Insurance
An acceptable Commercial Insurance has the following characteristics:
- Its needs to be a clear picture of your vehicle’s Commercial Insurance
- The vehicle number needs to match the Log Card
- The start date and expiry date should be valid
- The insurance must state that it “Covers food delivery services”. To get this clause added, you need to ask your existing insurer
