Based on an analysis of your booking history, we've found some suspicious activity around the validity of your bookings. As such, we are deactivating your access to the Grab app with immediate effect. If you have a valid explanation, you may appeal to continue to use the app.
Only appeals submitted via this form will be considered. Appeals made via other channels (customer service / email / branch / etc) will not be processed. Appeal forms submitted will be evaluated based on the merits of the information provided and we will only respond to applicants with a strong case for appeal. Our decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Please note that we reserve the right to pursue legal action, if you submit an appeal application, and upon further investigation we collect further evidence of fraudulent activity.
