1. Make a Grab cashless transaction your UnionBank credit card.<\/p>

2. Earn one (1) raffle entry by making any of the following transaction:\u00a0<\/p>

  • Cash in to GrabPay wallet using UnionBank credit card<\/li>
  • Order on GrabFood using your UnionBank credit card<\/li>
  • Order on GrabMart using your UnionBank credit card<\/li>
  • Book on GrabCar (GrabCar 4-Seater, 6-Seater and Share only) using your UnionBank credit card<\/li>
  • Book on GrabExpress using your UnionBank credit card<\/li><\/ul>

    3. To join the promo, you must<\/p>

    • Add your UnionBank credit card as the primary payment method in the Grab app<\/li>
    • Use their UnionBank for transactions in Grab<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Only 1 (one) raffle entry per single transaction per participant may be earned for each corresponding purchase. A participant earns a valid raffle entry only upon confirmation of the purchase transaction.<\/p>

      5. Cancellation of ticket purchases results in cancellation of the equivalent raffle entries earned.<\/p>

      1. Eligibility<\/span>
        1. The promo (\u201cPromo\u201d) is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank Visa Cardholders (\u201cCardholder\u201d) whose credit cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines, have available credit limit; who received an SMS and\/or email from UnionBank regarding the particular promo requirement; and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and\/or qualifying for this Promo (\u201cCardholder\u201d).<\/span><\/li>
        2. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this Promo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        3. The Promo will run from May 19 to June 30, 2023. (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        4. The Promo entitles the Cardholders the below offers:<\/span>
          1. GrabFood: 25% off, minimum spend Php 700, discount capped at Php 180, valid for 1X use (capped at 15,000 vouchers only)<\/span><\/li>
          2. GrabCar: 40% off, discount capped at Php 130, valid for 2X use (capped at 10,000 vouchers only)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          3. To avail of the Promo\u00a0<\/span>
            1. The cardholder must add their UnionBank Visa credit card as their primary payment method<\/span><\/li>
            2. For GrabFood:<\/span>
              1. Add food items from a GrabFood merchant in the cardholder\u2019s basket then proceed to checkout<\/span><\/li>
              2. Click on \u201cUse Offers to get discounts\u201d<\/span><\/li>
              3. Type or choose \u201cVISA25\u201d<\/span><\/li>
              4. Place Order once discount is reflected<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              5. For GrabCar:<\/span>
                1. Book their destination under the Car optionClick on \u201cOffers\u201d<\/span><\/li>
                2. Type or choose \u201cVISA40\u201d<\/span><\/li>
                3. Book GrabCar once discount is reflected<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

                4. Promo code can be availed by using the promo code VISA25 (GrabFood) and VISA40 (GrabCar)<\/p><\/li>

                5. Discount is valid on GrabCar and GrabFood transactions only.<\/p><\/li>

                6. No extension will be given for an expired discount code.<\/p><\/li>

                7. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of Grab and the UnionBank Card Agreement.<\/p><\/li>

                8. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.<\/p><\/li>

                9. Any issue on the actual purchase should be directed and will be resolved by Grab. For any concerns\/inquiries regarding the promo, please contact Grab\u2019s Help Centre<\/p><\/li>

                10. UnionBank is not an agent of Grab and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Grab.<\/p><\/li>

                11. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder\u2019s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, UnionBank\u2019s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder\u2019s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by UnionBank with the concurrence of DTI.<\/p><\/li>

                12. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at UnionBank\u2019s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by UnionBank.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
