Much less, get to ride in them for free, right?<\/p>\n<p>Grab Philippines, Southeast Asia\u2019s leading ride-hailing app, is travelling back in time this\u00a0Independence Day with Journey to Grab &#8212; &#8211; a showcase of the evolution of transportation in the\u00a0Philippines. Time-honored vehicles from the 1920\u2019s up until the 1960\u2019s will be rolled out as\u00a0GrabCars for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>From June 10 to 12, Grab will be giving passengers a chance to book these classic cars for free\u00a0and take old school rides around Bonifacio Global City.<\/p>\n<p>According to Grab Philippines\u2019 Country Marketing Head Khriz Lim, the activity is part of the\u00a0month-long celebration of their 4 th year anniversary, which aims to delight their passengers and\u00a0thank them for the support throughout the four years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe see a future where transportation will be accessible to everyone who needs it and Grab is\u00a0glad to be able to assist in making this future happen,\u201d said Grab Philippines\u2019 Country Marketing\u00a0Head, Khriz Lim. \u201cGrab continues to revolutionize the way people move by sending different\u00a0transport options to our passengers with a few taps on their smartphones. But as we look\u00a0forward to more years, we also want to look back and give our passengers a timeless transport\u00a0experience unique only to vintage cars,\u201d said Lim.<\/p>\n<p>From a 1920\u2019s Cadillac to a 1960\u2019s Jaguar, passengers will be able to book a free 15-minute\u00a0ride around Bonifacio Global City (BGC).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>To book, GrabCar passengers can follow these easy steps:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Passengers need to be at the Journey to Grab station by Central Square, BGC\u00a0Highstreet, 5th Avenue to book<\/li>\n<li>Open the Grab app<\/li>\n<li>Select the special icon, GrabCar (Vintage)<\/li>\n<li>Input Central Square as both pick up and drop off points<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the booking<\/li>\n<li>An old school GrabCar will pick passengers up and take them around BGC for 15\u00a0minutes for free.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u201cJourney to Grab is the perfect way to look back at how far we\u2019ve come since launching back in\u00a02012.
