  1. How does it work and how do I sign up?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Open up the app and click on the Menu bar at the top left corner of your screen<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click on the Payment Methods tab for Android or the GrabPay tab for iPhone, and select <\/span>+Add New Debit\/ Credit Card<\/b><\/li>\n
    • Fill in your debit or credit card information and verify details<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Upon booking, select the card option before confirming your request<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select your pick-up and drop-off points<\/span><\/li>\n
    • A fixed fare is shown upon request- no surprise charges!<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You will see a pop-up message at the end of your ride that notifies you of the charges made on your card<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Just register your Visa card and make sure it is your payment method upon booking!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  1. What type of cards are accepted for the promo?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    • Debit and credit Visa cardholders only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      1. Can I make partial payments on GrabPay trips with cash and vice versa?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        • Partial payments are not possible for BOTH cash and GrabPay transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          1. Does this promo also apply for Cash transactions?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            • Nope, only available for GrabPay.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                • Kindly make sure that your debit or credit card is under Visa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  1. What if I am a regular Grabber and my form of payment is through my non-Visa Credit Card. \u00a0Can I change my registered card to my Visa card to avail of the promo?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    • Yes, you can register more than one debit or credit card in your account. Just be sure to switch your payment method to your Visa card to avail of the promo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      1. Why doesn\u2019t the promo work even if I used GrabPay?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                          \n
                                        • Kindly make sure that your debit or credit card is under Visa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
