A. Raffle Promo Mechanics<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. GrabFood x Frozen 2 raffle promo campaign will run from December 16, 2019 to December 31, 2019.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. This promo is open to select GrabFood users.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. A GrabFood user must make a completed order from any GrabFood merchant, with a minimum basket size of P500, from December 16 to December 31, 2019.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. All users who have successfully completed at least 1 transaction during the promo period entitles the user 1 electronic raffle entry. Users can earn additional raffle entries by making more transactions under the promo mechanics. 1 transaction = 1 raffle entry.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Prizes at stake are as follows:<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. 300 winners of Olaf Keychains<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. 300 winners of Tumblers<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. 300 winners of Anna Ponchos<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. 300 winners of Elsa Ponchos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Winners will be randomly picked via an electronic raffle on January 6, 2020 at 4pm at the Grab Office, 12F, Wilcon IT Hub, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. The transactions made under GrabFood are subject to the Terms and Conditions of these services.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Employees, talents and consultants of Grab Philippines including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the Promo. The winner\u2019s identity shall be verified accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      B. RAFFLE DRAW:<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All entries will be downloaded and an electronic raffle system will be used to pick the winners.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. There will be 1,200 Raffle draws.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The electronic raffle draw the prize will be held at the Grab Philippines Head Office located at the 12<\/span>th<\/span> Floor, Wilcon IT Hub, Don Chino Roces Avenue on January 7, 2020 at 4pm.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Cut-off period for all entries to be entered into the draw is at 11:59PM on December 31, 2019.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        C. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Winners will be announced within (10) working days after the draw date via the promo\u2019s webpage and Grab\u2019s Facebook page.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Winners will be notified via SMS, registered email and a phone call by a Grab representative.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          D. CLAIMING OF PRIZES<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

          1. Winners will need to claim their prizes at the Grab Office, 12\/f Wilcon IT Hub, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Winners would need to bring the following for verification: one (1) valid ID and confirmation SMS.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Prizes can be claimed until 60 days from receipt of registered mail. Prizes not claimed within the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Grab.
