Malalaman ng system kung lalabag ko at considered itong fraud.<\/li>\n<li>TANDAAN: Nakikita ng consumer sa kanilang app kung kailan ka darating kaya sundin ang order na nakalagay sa app<\/li>\n<li>Para sa GrabFood bookings, hindi ka makakatanggap ng booking na labas sa iyong working capital. Base sa updated working capital ang susunod na booking na matatanggap mo.<\/li>\n<li>Para sa GrabExpress-Food bookings, siguraduhing may maximim P1000 pesos working capital para laging handa sa bookings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"b2bj3\" style=\"color: #008000;\">Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>1. Kung naka-ON ang parehong GrabFood at GrabExpress sa aking app, ang Back-to-Back booking ko ba ay kahit ano dito?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Ang back-to-book booking na iyong matatanggap ay base sa unang booking na iyong makukuha.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Kung nakumpleto mo ang iyong unang trip na walang Back-to-Back booking, makakatanggap ka pa rin naman ng kahit anong available booking, GrabFood o GrabExpress man.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>2. For GrabFood bookings &#8211;\u00a0 hindi ko ma-contact o matagal ang una kong eater at mayroon na akong 2nd booking. Ayokong maghintay nang matagal ang 2nd eater &#8211; anong gagawin ko?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Pagdating sa drop-off point, hintayin ang unang eater for at least 10 minutes at tumawag ng at least 3 times. Kung no-show ang eater, i-OFF ang Auto-Accept, tapusin ang 2nd booking, at pagkatapos ay ibalik ang order mula sa 1st booking sa pinakamalapit na GrabFood Hub para ma-reimburse ito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>3. For GrabExpress bookings &#8211;\u00a0 hindi ko ma-contact o matagal lumabas ang una kong recipient at mayroon na akong 2nd booking. Ayokong maghintay nang matagal ang sender ng 2nd booking- anong gagawin ko?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Pagdating sa drop-off point, hintayin ang unang recipient for at least 15 minutes at tumawag ng at least 3 times. Tawagan at inform ang sender para maibalik mo ang item. Dapat ka niyang bayaran ng fare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Maaari mong tapusin muna ang 2nd booking basta\u2019t siguraduhing maibalik mo ang item sa unang sender.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Kung hindi ma-contact ang unang sender, ibalik ang item sa Grab Office (Wilcon IT Hub, Chino Roces Ave, Makati City).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>4. Paano kung galing sa parehong merchant ang pick-up ng parehong eater? Pwede ko ba ito pagsabayin?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Hindi mo pwede pagsabayin ang pagpunta sa parehong merchants. Kailangan sundin ang order na nakalagay sa app dahil kung lumihis dito ay magkaka-delay sa naunang eater at itinuturing ito na fraud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Hindi mo rin matatapos ang 2nd booking nang hindi natatapos ang kasalukuyan o 1st booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>5.
