Bawat taon simula 2024, required na ang bawat delivery-partner na i-proseso ang requirements ng Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) upang patuloy na makabiyahe at makapag-deliver sa Subic Bay Freeport Zone nito.   2. Hepatitis A test<\/li>
  3. X-ray<\/li>
  4. Urinalysis<\/li>
  5. Stool Exam (Fecalysis)<\/li>
  6. Physical Exam with Doctor\u2019s Evaluation \u201cFit to work\u201d\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    1. Address: Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Building, 280 Dewey Ave, Olongapo City, 2200 Zambales

    2. Pagkatapos makuha ang iyong medical clearance, pwede na dumiretso sa Public Health and Safety Department (PHSD) Building.

            3. Hintaying makatanggap ng SMS na available nang i-claim ang iyong Sanitary Clearance at Health ID.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

              2. Pagkatapos makuha ang Sanitary Clearance at Health ID mula sa PHSD, pwede nang dumiretso sa Ecology Center para i-register ang iyong motorcycle.

                      2. Hintayin ang SMS kung maaari nang dumiretso sa Labor Department para makuha ang iyong copy ng Certificate of Accreditation (COA).
