Pwede ba ako mag-rate ng trip na matagal ko nang natapos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pwede magbigay ng feedback sa mga trips na nagawa sa loob ng seven (7) days o isang linggo lamang. Ang trips na nagawa na lagpas sa isang linggo ay hindi na pwede mabigyan ng feedback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ano ang mangyayari kung hindi magpakita ang Trip Review pagka-dropoff ko sa pasahero?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pwede ka magbigay ng feedback sa Job History sa Grab Driver App mo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Bakit hindi nagpapakita minsan ang Trip Review pagkatapos ng ride ko?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hindi nagpapakita bilang pop-up ang Trip Review para sa GrabShare rides at Back-to-Back Jobs. Puntahan ang Job History para mabigyan ng feedback ang rides na ito.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Pwede ko ba palitan ang rating na nalagay ko sa isang trip?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hindi na pwedeng palitan ang rating na binigay dahil ito ay final na.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Naapektuhan ba ng Trip Review ang aking Star Rating?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hindi maapektuhan ng Trip Review ang iyong Star Rating. Hindi ito bababa kung mababa ang iyong rating sa trip. Hindi rin ito tataas kung maganda ang iyong rating sa trip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Malalaman ba ng pasahero na ako ay nag-rate sa trip?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hindi malalaman ng pasahero kung anuman ang iyong rating sa bawat trip &#8211; happy man o sad. Ang iyong feedback ay confidential at ito ay malalaman lamang ng Grab.
