hold our independent driver and delivery-partners accountable to as part of our Grab community. This Guideline was developed to help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. It provides details. It provides details of infringements  that may result in suspension or termination of user access to the Grab platform, including any of its partners, subsidiaries, or any affiliated tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><h3><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Maintain proper documentation to drive.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>You must hold a valid national driving and vocational license at all times and other permits as may be required by the relevant authorities. You and your vehicle must also be covered with valid insurance as stipulated by local regulations. Be truthful about your criminal record. It is your responsibility to update and resubmit your documents when they expire, if they are revoked or as and when requested by Grab.<\/p><p data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#modal11\"><strong>Examples of Infringement<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Driving without a valid driving license or vocational license\u00a0(not including cyclists and walkers)<\/li><li>Using false document to sign up as a driver<\/li><li>Driving without valid required vehicle requirements from LTO and LTFRB<\/li><li>Non-Compliance to any other LTFRB requirements<\/li><li>Exterior and in car advertisements while in transit without a proper permit from LTFRB processed through Grab (includes but is not limited to sampling, car and bike wraps, car and bike boards)<\/li><li>False declaration of criminal record<\/li><li>Inactive on platform &gt;60 days<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Assault, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>The following behaviours are prohibited on our platform: Attempted or actual physical assault, verbal or physical sexual harassment, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats and intimidation, and sexual advancement between drivers and users, whether consensual or otherwise. Do not ask overly personal questions or comment on anyone\u2019s appearance. You are strictly prohibited from contacting your passenger after the trip for personal reasons. In a dispute, do not take matters into your own hands.<\/p><p data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#modal12\"><strong>Examples of Infringement<\/strong><\/p><p>Committing the following towards all Grab users and Grab employees:<\/p><ul><li>Attempted or actual criminal acts on the platform including physical\/sexual assault, rape, murder, or kidnap<\/li><li>Attempted or actual sexual advancement<\/li><li>Explicit staring, leering, or gestures<\/li><li>All forms of verbal or written &#8211; sexual or non-sexual harassment\/threat\/intimidation via phone calls, messaging apps, social media including but not limited to asking personal questions or commenting on appearance<\/li><li>Use of vulgar, rude, or inappropriate words in any form<\/li><li>All forms of physical or in-person harassment<\/li><li>Contacting or stalking users after bookings are completed for personal reasons either online or in-person<\/li><\/ul><p data-target=\"#ul11\">See more<\/p><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Do not commit crimes.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>You may be penalised under the prevailing law if you commit any criminal acts such as theft, robbery, possession of illicit materials or weapons, acts of vandalism or damage to property. We will work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.<\/p><p data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#modal13\"><strong>Examples of Infringement<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Criminal offences under State Law<\/li><li>Driver partner is under investigation for a criminal offense by the authorities<\/li><li>Intentional damage or vandalism to Grab user\u2019s or company\u2019s property<\/li><li>Failure to comply with regulations\/instructions as required by Grab or the government<\/li><li>Cash on Delivery (COD) &#8211; Failure to remit amount owed from completion of COD services within the agreed period.<\/li><li>Return to Sender (RTS) &#8211; Failure to return the item to the sender within a given timeframe<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Follow road safety laws.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Do not commit traffic violations or drive in a reckless manner that endangers the lives of our users and other road users. This includes complying with speed limits, obeying road signals and traffic lights, using hands-free kit while driving or riding, ensuring your users wear a seatbelt. You should always wear a seatbelt or a helmet. Avoid driving or riding long hours and take sufficient breaks.
