Partner\nApps Terms of Service<\/o:p><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

 <\/span><\/b><\/p>

Please read this Partner Apps Terms\nof Service carefully. This Partner Apps Terms of Service is to be read together\nwith the <\/span>Terms of Service<\/span><\/a><\/span> (collectively, the \u201cTerms of Service\u201d). By using our\nService, in particular, the Partner Apps feature found on the Grab Platform,\nyou are deemed to have read, agreed and understood the terms and conditions of\nour Terms of Service, which are applicable to you. If you do not agree to our\nTerms of Service, please do not use or continue using our Platform or Service.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

All defined terms not defined in\nthis Partner Apps Terms of Service, carry the same meaning as defined in the <\/span>Terms of Service<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

The Partner Apps feature on the Grab\nPlatform allows Partners to list, promote and\/or sell products and services to\nyou (\u201cPartner\u2019s Services\u201d). <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

  1. Grab is not the manufacturer, distributor,\n provider or seller of Partner\u2019s Services. Grab shall not be liable for any\n loss, damages, claims, or expenses arising from Partner\u2019s Services, or any\n material or content made available by Partner via the Partner Apps\n feature. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Any issues arising from or related to the\n Partner\u2019s Services, including quality issues, shall be resolved directly\n between you and the Partner.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Your purchase and use of Partner\u2019s\n Services are subject to Partner\u2019s applicable terms and policies. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Payment for Partner\u2019s Services through the\n Partner Apps feature will be via your selected mode of payment in the Grab\n App. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Grab Rewards points (\u201cPoints\u201d) shall be\n awarded for Partner Apps transactions, subject to these Terms of Service\n and the <\/span>Terms of Service: Payment and Rewards<\/span><\/a><\/span>. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Points shall only be awarded for\n transactions which are completed through the Partner Apps feature in the\n Grab Application.Grab reserves the right to cancel or clawback any\n Points  issued to you by Grab for Partner\n Apps transactions, if the transaction is subsequently cancelled, declined\n or reversed. <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. In the event that you use the Partner Apps\n feature in another jurisdiction, you acknowledge and agree that your\n acceptance of the Terms of Service<\/span><\/a> and Privacy Notice<\/span><\/a> will also be considered as\n an acceptance to the terms and conditions and privacy notice that are\n relevant in that specific jurisdiction where you use the Partner Apps\n feature.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

    By accessing and using the Partner Apps feature via Grab\nplatform, you hereby consent to the exchange of the following categories of\ndata between Grab and its Partner(s), for the purposes described below:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      \n
    1. Personally Identifiable Information (\u201cPII\u201d): Your Grab username,\n email address (where applicable), and phone number may be shared with our\n Partner(s) for the purposes of:
      \n (a) enabling and facilitating single sign-on (SSO) integration,
      \n (b) enabling access to, and the fulfillment of, the Partner\u2019s services,<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

      (c) facilitating\naccount creation or matching on our Partner\u2019s platform, which may involve\npre-filling registration forms or verifying existing accounts. You may be\nrequired to take additional steps\u2014such as accepting our Partner\u2019s terms and\nPrivacy Notice, verifying contact details, or completing profile information\u2014to\ncomplete the account setup or enable access to our Partner\u2019s services directly,\nand <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      (d) disclosing any\nmodifications, updates, or corrections made to your PII associated with your\nGrab user account at the time of checkout. Such disclosure shall be made solely\nfor the purpose of enabling our Partner to fulfill its obligations in connection\nwith the provision of goods and\/or services purchased or requested by you.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

       <\/span><\/p>

      1. Location and\n Sensor Data: For certain Partner services, the following data may be\n shared as necessary to enable such services:
        \n (a) geolocation data,
        \n (b) Bluetooth signal data and\/or device identifiers,
        \n (c) images or video footage captured by your device camera showing the\n condition of the relevant goods or items before and after the booking or\n usage period,
        \n This data may be used for authentication, unlocking \/ locking or\n activation \/ deactivation of goods, condition verification, and related\n logistical operations.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

        10.<\/span> <\/span>Service Support, Rewards and Benefits Administration:\nData (including identification information and interaction history) may be used\nand shared for the purpose of administering, delivering, and managing any\nrewards, loyalty programs, or benefits offered by Grab or its Partner(s),\nincluding eligibility determination, redemption processing, and related\ncustomer support.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        11.\n            Analytical Data: Event\ntracking and analytical data may be shared for purposes related to:
        \n(a) trust and safety assurance,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        (b) research,
        \n(c) fraud detection and prevention, and<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        (d) product,\nfeature and platform improvement.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

         <\/span><\/p>

        12.\nData for Service Optimisation:
        \n(a) Data may be used to support your journey through the service, such as\nsending reminders to check out items left in your shopping cart or to continue\nunfinished actions.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        (b) Data may be\nused to present products or content tailored to your interests or the\npreferences of users with similar behavior, helping make your experience more\nrelevant and engaging.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        13. Any other reasonable purposes as\nstated in the Grab Privacy Notice<\/span>\nhttps:\/\/www.grab.com\/th\/en\/terms-policies\/privacy-notice\/.<\/span> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>

        We reserve the right to add, amend or\nremove these Terms of Service at any time, without the need for prior notice.\nIf you do not agree to any of the changes, you must stop using our Platform and\nServices.
