  1. The GrabFinance Quick Cash Promo is open to all eligible merchants who are first time borrowers and have a loan offer of PHP100,000 and above.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  2. The promo period is from September 8 to 30, 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  3. The awarding of the prize is on November 15. 2023\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  4. Qualified merchants are entitled to receive Huawei watch Fit 2 Black worth P7,499<\/span><\/li>
  5. To avail of the promo, eligible merchants must apply at least P100,000 loan offer and get approved within the promo period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Redemption Process\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Qualified merchants will be notified on the awarding of the Huawei watch Fit 2 Black through a Short Messaging Service or SMS and push notification via the Grab merchant app.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. Huawei watch Fit 2 Black will be delivered directly to merchants registered store address account on\u00a0 November 15. 2023\u00a0 provided that the Eligible Merchant remains in good credit standing after the loan approval date.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    3. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items\/services.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Terms & Conditions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

      1. The merchant may avail of the promo only once during the promo period. In case the merchant is found by GrabFinance to have made multiple, invalid or fraudulent applications, GrabFinance reserves the right to charge the prevailing cost of the Huawei watch Fit 2 Black to the merchant\u2019s wallet\/ account or directly collect from the merchant.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      2. GrabFinance has the right to revoke the awarded Huawei watch Fit 2 Black should the merchant be delinquent in paying the disbursed loan.\u00a0 The cost of the Huawei watch Fit 2 Black worth P7,499 will be charged back to the merchant\u2019s account, and he\/she will be disqualified from future promotional offers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to merchant\u2019s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment etc, GrabFinance decision shall prevail.
