If you are a Grab merchant new to Dine Out Deals, you may set up your deal via the "Marketing" section of the GrabMerchant app. Alternatively, submit an online an enquiry and we will be in touch shortly.
Dine Out Deals is a new service available in selected cities. Click here if you are on your mobile phone to launch the Dine Out Deals page within the Grab app. Alternatively, you can look for Dine Out when you browse All services once you launch the Grab app.
The fees for Dine Out Deals are not the same as food delivery. As Dine Out Deals are being introduced, look out for co-funding and trial comissions that may be available to you as a new merchant to Dine Out Deals.
You can easily start a loyalty programme across GrabFood and in-store without any complex set-up or integration. Submit an online enquiry and a Grab representative will reach out to share next steps with you.
