F Rider- Misconduct; Compromised safety/security, theft, harassment, & physical harm to another GRAB peer/driver or any GRAB employee

F2 Threatening or Harrassing Grab Employee BAN
F3 Posting any type of statement/status/comment/meme that encourage or influence drivers/passengers/employees to participate in demonstration/rally/strike that can potentially jeopardize the brand (GRAB) Preventive Suspension (that can lead to BANNING)
G Safety & Legal Compliance – rider account usage, safety, and legal compliance

G2 Permitting any other person to use his account or bike in doing Grab jobs BAN

G5 Not renewing expired license both motorcycle and driver/driving without license BAN
G6 Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs BAN
G7 Any incident reported by the customer to the authority related to Criminal acts like Sex and Indecency Offences, Violence against pax and Possession of illegal substances (external authorities and the internal crisis committee) BAN
G8 Delivering prohibited items as indicated in item #2 of the waybill BAN

G10 Accident hitting person, with or without injuries or complain BAN
G11 Prohibited from taking part in any illegal demonstration against the Company, being a member of an unregistered association, incite other drivers not to use the GrabExpress Inc. application, boycott or threaten to boycott the GrabExpress.Inc. application or any other acts that may be construed with other drivers or any third party with the intention to commit the aforesaid. G12 Failure to request prior consent from Grab (in compliance with Third Party Interactions in the T&C) before participating in promotions of third party providers, advertisers or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through while providing any Grab service.
