General T&Cs<\/b><\/p>

  • Offer period is from 2 November (12:00am) – 31 December 2020 (11.59pm)<\/span><\/li>
  • Participants must spend a minimum of RM100 worth of gold or more via \u2018Buy Gold\u2019 in a single transaction on the HelloGold app using GrabPay within the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li>
  • For the avoidance of doubt, purchases made via Online Banking, Boost, Touch \u2018n Go eWallet or cash balance during the Promotion Period are not eligible for entry to this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>
  • Participants who make a purchase using a referral code, must meet the minimum purchase requirement of at least RM105 at the point purchase.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Promo mechanics T&Cs<\/b><\/p>

    • Upon successfully completing the requirements in the Promotion Mechanics,<\/span>
      • Participants are entitled to:<\/span><\/li>
      • i.receive 500 GrabRewards Points in their Grab account (\u201cGrabRewards Points\u201d); and<\/span><\/li>
      • ii. stand a chance to be one of the lucky<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • This Promotion is limited to the first 4,000 Participants on a first come first serve basis only.<\/span><\/li>
      • Participants are entitled to receive a maximum of ONE (1) redemption of GrabRewards Points and if they win, ONE (1) Gold Prize only.<\/span><\/li>
      • The GrabRewards Points will be credited by GrabPay into the Participant\u2019s Grab account used to make the purchase on the following dates below:<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        <\/div>
        • The lucky draw entry is only eligible for HelloGold users who successfully make:<\/span>
          • I. their first ever purchase of a minimum of RM100 worth of gold or more via \u2018Buy Gold\u2019 in a single transaction on the HelloGold app; and\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
          • ii. use GrabPay within the Promotion Period (\u201cOne Entry\u201d).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Every GrabPay purchase of a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction earns Participants 1 entry. For the avoidance of doubt, RM200 is then equivalent to 2 entries, RM300 is equivalent to 3 entries or RM400 is equivalent to 4 entries (\u201cSuccessful Entries\u201d).<\/span><\/li>
          • 20 winners to win RM500 worth of gold in the lucky draw (\u201cGold Prize\u201d)<\/span><\/li>
          • Participants are not permitted to accumulate purchases of less than RM100. For example, \u00a0 Participants \u00a0 who \u00a0 purchase \u00a0 RM50 \u00a0 worth \u00a0 in \u00a0 gold \u00a0 in \u00a0 one \u00a0 single transaction \u00a0 and \u00a0 proceed \u00a0 to \u00a0 purchase \u00a0 another \u00a0 RM50 \u00a0 worth \u00a0 in \u00a0 gold \u00a0 in \u00a0 a subsequent single transaction or any combination of less than RM100 in multiple transactions, will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.<\/span><\/li>
          • Contributions made via the SmartSaver plan are excluded from this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>
          • The lucky draw will be conducted on 6 January 2021. If the draw date falls on a public holiday, HelloGold shall have the right to proceed with the draw on the working day proceeding the day of the holiday.<\/span><\/li>
          • The winners shall be selected at random, either by hand or by other means and methods (which may be manual or computerized) at HelloGold\u2019s sole and absolute discretion.<\/span><\/li>
          • The Gold Prize will be credited into the winners\u2019 main HelloGold account within 5 working days after the draw is made.<\/span><\/li>
          • Once the Gold Prize has been credited into the winners\u2019 account, the winners will be notified via email. HelloGold will not be liable for any failed notifications due to third party systems errors and \/ or users unsubscribing from HelloGold\u2019s email list and \/ or turning off app notifications.<\/span><\/li>
          • The Rewards Points and Gold is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or replacements.<\/span><\/li>
          • HelloGold and GrabPay reserve the right to substitute the Reward for other rewards of equivalent value without prior notice to the Participant, at its absolute discretion.<\/span><\/li>
