{"id":52128,"date":"2019-11-16T00:44:49","date_gmt":"2019-11-15T16:44:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/?p=52128"},"modified":"2019-11-16T00:44:49","modified_gmt":"2019-11-15T16:44:49","slug":"submit-psv-licence-to-get-incentives-access-to-all-app-features","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/zh\/blog\/driver\/submit-psv-licence-to-get-incentives-access-to-all-app-features\/","title":{"rendered":"SUBMIT PSV LICENCE TO GET INCENTIVES &amp; ACCESS TO ALL APP FEATURES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.15\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/blog\/driver\/car\/https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/blog\/driver\/car\/submit-psv-licence-to-get-incentives-access-to-all-app-features-bm\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline;font-weight: 400\">Tekan di sini untuk terjemahan Bahasa Melayu<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.15\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/blog\/driver\/car\/https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/blog\/driver\/car\/submit-psv-licence-to-get-incentives-access-to-all-app-features-zh\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline;font-weight: 400\">\u4e2d\u6587\u7248\u8bf7\u70b9\u8fd9\u91cc<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As the Ministry of Transport has allowed all e-hailing drivers who have passed the PSV exam to continue driving until the end of 2019, we want to give these driver-partners more time to get through the entire regulatory process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Therefore, instead of locking the accounts (can\u2019t receive bookings on Grab) of driver-partners who have not submitted their PSV licence, we will be introducing several updates to the <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">incentive and app features eligibility.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driver-partners who have <strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">NOT submitted<\/span><\/strong> their PSV licence by 12AM, 25 Nov 2019 will <strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">NOT be eligible<\/span><\/strong> for incentives and <strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">WILL LOSE ACCESS<\/span><\/strong> to the following app features from 12AM, 2 Dec 2019 onwards:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driver Choices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">My Destination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">GrabBenefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Compensation fees (Passenger No-Show and Late Cancellation)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Submit PSV licence on <a href=\"http:\/\/grb.to\/pakejpikul\">grb.to\/pakejpikul<\/a> (for Peninsula Malaysia driver-partners) <strong>OR<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/grb.to\/borneo\">grb.to\/borneo<\/a> (for Sarawak driver-partners) <strong>OR<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/grb.to\/Sabah\">grb.to\/Sabah<\/a> (for Sabah driver-partners) to be eligible for incentives and app features again, upon verification of the document submitted*.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">*Incentives earned from 2 Dec 2019 until the verification date will be forfeited.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">On top of that, when you submit early (by 31 Dec 2019) you will get <strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">RM100 cash reimbursement for PSV training<\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">RM50 bonus.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00b050;text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt\">FAQ<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Why is Grab doing this?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We would like to give our driver-partners who are going through the process sufficient time to obtain the PSV and inform us when they have received it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Is Grab taking away driver incentives? <\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Yes, we are not giving incentives to driver-partners who have not completed the regulatory processes.
