Starting <\/span>18 October 2018<\/span>, we\u2019re introducing the <\/span>4-digit code verification<\/span>, whereby reward-partners are required <\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0key in a <\/span>4-digit code<\/span>\u00a0before rewards can be redeemed by Grab driver-partners. <\/span><\/p>\n

How does the new redemption process work?<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Head over to the reward-partner\u2019s store<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Log in to <\/span>GrabAllStars.com<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click on the reward you want to redeem<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>\u2018Redeem\u2019<\/span>\u00a0button <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Pass your phone to reward-partner for them to insert the 4-digit pin code<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. You will receive confirmation code for reference and enjoy your GrabAllStars reward! (You can view the list of redeemed rewards at the <\/span>\u2018Redeemed\u2019<\/span>\u00a0section)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important note:<\/span>\u00a0This new redemption process is only applicable for offline rewards (workshops, f&b outlet, clinics etc)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
