This<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0will prevent driver-partners<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0who consistently ignore or cancel bookings, from receiving any jobs <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">temporarily<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">N<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">ot accepting trip requests causes delays and it does affect the experience for other driver-partners.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0However, we understand that sometimes, due to certain circumstances, you can&#8217;t accept every trip request or you may want to take a break. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you are not ready to accept jobs, please toggle off the &#8216;unavailable for jobs&#8217; button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: italic\">*The feature will be launched in stages. By 28 September 2018, this \u00a0feature will apply to all driver-partners nationwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">What happens if I consistently ignore or cancel multiple jobs?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">ignore or cancel* multiple jobs consistently<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0you may be set as <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u2018Unavailable\u2019<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><strong>,<\/strong> and may be <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">temporarily prevented<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0from receiving new jobs.
