At Grab, we are responsible for ensuring all drivers have a <strong>fair<\/strong> chance of earning incentives. We regularly monitor driving patterns of our driver-partners and will not tolerate any suspicious actions to unfairly earn more incentives than other drivers.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">Why did I receive a Warning SMS?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">We notice that you are among a small group of drivers who frequently exhibit suspicious driving patterns during peak hours. Such behaviour include (but are not limited to):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Consistently canceling high fare jobs<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Frequently requesting passengers to cancel<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Refusing to pick up passengers after accepting jobs<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Keeping credit balance below RM10 while remaining online<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">You will only get a warning SMS if you have demonstrated any of the behavior above repeatedly (more than most other drivers).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b\">I don\u2019t want to be removed from Hourly Guarantee incentive. What should I do?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you have received a warning SMS, we kindly suggest that you do not repeat attempts to gain an unfair advantage in earning incentives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Just drive honestly and provide the best experience to your passengers. Few tips:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><strong>Ensure credit balance is high enough<\/strong> before going online especially in peak hours. We recommend a minimum of RM30 balance for evening peak<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><strong>Toggle offline if you are not ready<\/strong> to accept jobs or if your credit balance has fallen below RM10<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;text-decoration: none;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\"><strong>Avoid choosing or picking jobs<\/strong> (We find that driver-partners who accept all jobs tend to earn more than those who are picky)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-size: 16pt;color: #009d3b\">What happens now?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">After the first warning SMS, you will be permanently removed from the Hourly Guarantee incentive scheme if we find more instances of these suspicious behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Please write in to us <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfq_HDYlGWrsVOO_ahEV5rGbWMPTBQyc34x8IsvqDEA0oxoyQ\/viewform\">here<\/a> if you believe you have been unfairly penalized.
