We appreciate your efforts in providing a great service to our passengers and we hope to increase these favourable experiences. As such, the minimum driver rating for all drivers to <\/span>continue using our platform is 4.5<\/b><\/span> while the <\/span>minimum driver rating requirement to earn incentives for ALL programmes will be 4.7 effective 7 August 2017<\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. At all times:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Keep your vehicle clean, well-maintained, and fragrant.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Dress appropriately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      1. Upon pick up:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • Greet your passenger by name (\u201cGood morning, Mr. Tan. How are you?\u201d). This will also ensure you\u2019ve picked up the right passenger.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Confirm their destination.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Remind the passenger to fasten his\/her seat belt.<\/span>\n
            \n
          • Pro-tips:<\/span><\/li>\n
          • When able, help passengers who travel with wheelchairs, child seats, heavy luggage or bags.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • If you\u2019re heading to the airport, ask your passenger if he\/she has remembered to bring all their necessaries (especially their passports!).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. During the trip:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              • Drive safely, smoothly, and adhere to the speed limits.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Refrain from harsh or sudden brakes.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Stay alert and do not play with your devices while driving.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Ask if the temperature of the air-conditioning is favourable to the passenger. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Avoid loud music.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Keep conversations positive and professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                1. At drop off :<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                    \n
                  • Stop at a safe and convenient location, especially if it is raining or along a busy road.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Thank the passenger for the ride and remind them to take their belongings.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Advise the passenger on the total fare and toll fee additions (this helps avoid fare disputes).<\/span>\n

                    • When able, help passengers who travel with wheelchairs, child seats, heavy luggage or bags by opening the door or the boot.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Ensure that your passenger has entered safely into the designated location.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
