  1. Pay with Grab Mystery Rewards (\u201cthe Campaign\u201d) is organised by GrabPay Malaysia (\u201cthe Organiser\u201d) and is open to all Grab users

    <\/li>
  2. By entering the campaign, you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you further agree to the decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Grab shall be final and conclusive.

    <\/li>
  3. The Campaign will run in\u00a0Malaysia\u00a0from\u00a010 July to 31 August 2023<\/b>, or until the Mystery Rewards are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier (\u201cCampaign Period\u201d).

    <\/li>
  4. Users will win a variable number of GrabRewards points (\u201cMystery Rewards\u201d) whenever they make an\u00a0online or in-store transaction with\u00a0<\/b>GrabPay\u00a0credits\u00a0<\/b>with a\u00a0minimum spend of RM10\u00a0<\/b>after promotions and\/or discounts are applied.

  5. Each user is limited to FIVE (5) Mystery Rewards per user per device for GrabPay in-store transactions throughout the Campaign Period.

    <\/li>
  6. Each user is limited to TWO (2) Mystery Rewards per user per device for GrabPay online transactions throughout the Campaign Period.

    <\/li>
  7. PayLater Postpaid and Instalment in-store purchases are not eligible for Mystery Rewards

    <\/li>
  8. All Mystery Rewards must be claimed within the stipulated deadline of 30 days upon issuance,\u00a0 failing which they may be forfeited or, without limitation, disposed of, or donated, all at Grab\u2019s discretion.

    <\/li>
  9. During the Campaign Period, Grab will also be giving out Nintendo Switch Lite (x10 units) as one of the Mystery Rewards subject to Grab\u2019s internal Risk and Compliance checks, and upon confirmation, be notified by Grab within 15 working days. In claiming the prize, Grab may request for identification documents or further information from you to verify and check the authenticity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud. All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser will not be eligible to win this Mystery Reward.

  10. Grab reserves the right to disqualify users from the Campaign if they, or Grab reasonably believes that they might, engage in fraudulent or unfair practices to maximise their chances of winning or for any other purpose whatsoever. Any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activities may result in a prize forfeiture.

  11. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby consent to Grab, and\/or such third-party appointed by Grab, collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to this Campaign, for the express purpose of informing you of your win and\/or informing the public of a winner, including but not limited to sending communication to notify a win\u00a0through official Grab Malaysia channels only\u00a0(email \u2013\u00a0support@grab.com<\/a>, in-app push notification, social media post, and\/or phone call), announcing your name.

  12. By taking part in this contest, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  13. The campaign is organised by GPay Network (M) Sdn. Bhd. (\u201cthe Organiser\u201d) and is open to all Malaysian citizens, permanent residents residing in Malaysia and foreigners who are travelling or working in Malaysia.
