Just in case you need to leave your location quickly, be mindful of roads that could be submerged during a flood and avoid them. If you need to leave your home\/current location, identify the safest route to nearby elevated areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare an emergency kit. Include fresh water, first aid, a change of clothes, a flashlight, non-perishable food, and a car charger for your phone. Keep some cash or ensure there is sufficient balance in your e-wallet.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ensure that your vehicle has flood insurance.
