What do I need to do to be eligible for cash orders?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">To be eligible for cash orders, make sure your credit wallet OR cash wallet have a minimum balance of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">RM100<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">\u00a0If either wallet doesn&#8217;t have this minimum balance, you <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">will<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555;text-decoration: none\"> receive fewer cash orders. What should I do?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">We advise you to contact the consumer at least <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">3 times. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">If you still can\u2019t reach the consumer after <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">10 minutes (motorcycle) \/ 5 minutes (car) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555;text-decoration: none\">of waiting, please place the food somewhere safe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">After that, please write <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">in to<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">\u00a0us via Help Centre and we\u2019ll top up the payment amount into your cash wallet within <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">3 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #00b14f\">8. My consumer can\u2019t collect the order due to home quarantine order. What should I do?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">Place the food somewhere <span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">safe<\/span>. You may ask your consumer for proof of home quarantine (photo or MySejahtera screenshot) for verification but this is <span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">OPTIONAL<\/span>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">Afterwards, write in to us via Help Centre and we\u2019ll top up the payment amount into your cash wallet within <span style=\"text-decoration: none;font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #555555\">3 working days<\/span>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">9. The consumer informs me that there are missing food\/spilled\/damaged items for the cash order.
