From <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">24 April to 23 May<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">, GrabFood driver-partners and delivery-partners in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">Klang Valley <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">will be able to receive e-Kitchen food orders, on top of the existing types of orders. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">This initiative is aimed to provide <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">more income opportunities<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">\u00a0to our driver-partners and delivery-partners during the fasting season, while <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">supporting local merchants <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">in delivering Ramadan favourites to our consumers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 14pt; color: #00b14f;\">How does it work?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; text-decoration: none;\">You will receive e-Kitchen orders as you would with GrabPasar orders. You may be allocated a job order with multiple food items from different merchants. Here are a few things to remember:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; text-decoration: none;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">Food items<\/span> will be displayed under the merchants\u2019 name if the order has multiple food items from different merchants. To see the order screen with these details, click the <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">&#8216;Arrive&#8217;<\/span>\u00a0button when you arrive at the e-Kitchen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">When collecting the food items from the merchant, check to make sure your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">order ID<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0matches theirs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">Before leaving the e-Kitchen, please check and make sure you have <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">collected <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; text-decoration: none;\">all of the food items from the respective merchants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/04\/37952_se_vfqfxxt.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none; font-weight: bold; font-size: 14pt; color: #00b14f;\">What to do when you get e-Kitchen food orders<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">When picking up e-Kitchen orders,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">\u00a0you will need to undergo a temperature check each time b<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">efore you can enter the e-Kitchen<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">. If your temperature meets the requirement, you\u2019ll be allowed to enter <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none;\">(Only a limited number of people will be allowed in the venue at any given time. Please follow the instructions given by the safety personnel at the venue entrance).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">Please click the <span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555; text-decoration: none;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt; color: #555555;\">&#8216;Arrive&#8217;<\/span><\/span> button once you arrive at the merchant&#8217;s location. This will show you the stall\u2019s lot number next to the merchant\u2019s name in the order screen if it&#8217;s a mix &amp; match order. Driver-partners and delivery-partners may be allocated a job with multiple food items from different merchants.
