Please make sure they are ready and waiting for you.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Do not block traffic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Throw your rubbish in the bins provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Please park your car and wait at the designated area only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">\/\/ For improved waiting experience<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Switch your wifi on to improve your GPS accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">We recommend that you choose and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">activate only 1 service type <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">on your driver app to avoid losing your queue position unexpectedly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Check to make sure your app is not locked or on standby mode.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Once a booking is received, remember to contact your passenger via <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">GrabChat <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">to inform them of your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Expected Time of Arrival (ETA).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">\/\/ Passenger cancellations<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Do not ask passengers to cancel <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">WITHOUT VALID REASONS. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">If you are caught asking passengers to cancel without valid reasons, we will investigate further and will take disciplinary action if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">To avoid passenger cancellations, always respond to their calls\/GrabChat messages and provide them an update about your whereabouts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">\/\/ Minimum credit wallet balance<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your Credit Wallet<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0in order to receive jobs from Sibu Airport and Sibu Jaya. The minimum amount required differs according to your service type.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Example 1:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0If you are on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">GrabCar,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">JustGrab or GrabTaxi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">, you will need a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">minimum balance of RM10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0to receive jobs with fares RM50 and below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Example 2:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0If you are on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">GrabCar 6-seater<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">JustGrab 6-seater<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">, you will need a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">minimum balance of RM15<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0to receive jobs with fares RM75 and below.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f\">Where is the Waiting Area?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"max-width: 100%\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/12\/36851_j0pcklvbbz.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 10pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Image 1: Sibu Airport Queue Waiting Area<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Please refer to the map <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">above. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Blue \u2013 Pick Up Area<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Purple \u2013 Waiting Area*<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #ff0000\">*IMPORTANT NOTE: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Driver-partners will only receive jobs from Sibu Airport and Sibu Jaya when they are in the Waiting Area.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">So, how will this feature work? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Think \u201cFirst come, first served\u201d. This means driver-partners <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">who arrive at the Waiting Area first<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0will be assigned the booking first. Driver-partners who arrive later will be placed in a queue and will have to wait their turn for a booking.Once you are at the top of the queue, you will receive the next booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Your queue position will be sent via the notification section in your driver app.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0Short Distance Trip Protection<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Effective 12PM, 10 December 2019, you will be placed into a shorter Sibu Airport queue if you fulfill these two criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">The distance of the booking is 6KM or less (according to Grab\u2019s mapping system<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Return to the queue waiting area within 25 minutes from the time you accepted a job at Sibu Airport or Sibu Jaya. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: italic;font-weight: 400\">*For example, if you accepted a job at 6PM, you should pick up\/drop off passengers and return to the Waiting Area by 6:25PM.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">Is this feature applicable to all service types?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">This feature is applicable for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">JustGrab, GrabCar,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">GrabCar 6-seater <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Grabtaxi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">. Driver-partners can select to be online for both service type but we <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">recommend only turning on 1 service type<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">\u00a0to avoid losing your queue position unexpectedly.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">How will driver-partners be informed of their queue ranking?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Once you\u2019re within the Waiting Area, you will receive a notification informing you of your queue ranking if you\u2019re online. After the first notification, you will be notified each time your ranking changes, up till the time you get a job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">When there\u2019s a new queue position, your inbox will refresh automatically to show the new in-app message. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Each message will expire after 2 hours, please look out for non Sibu Airport Queue announcements while you are in queue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"overflow: hidden;margin: 0;border: 0 solid #000000;width: 334.76px;height: 595.5px\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 334.76px;height: 595.5px;margin-left: 0;margin-top: 0\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2019\/09\/36847_cfywfy6bgs.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: italic\">*Images are for illustration purpose only<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">What if I don\u2019t receive a queue allocation?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Be sure you are at the right place. The queue allocation will only take effect in the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Waiting Area<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Depending on your mobile carrier, there may be a slight delay in receiving the notification. We advise you to wait at least 10 minutes before calling Customer Support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">You can also check your queue position in the notification section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">Can I be pushed to the back of the queue?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Yes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">. You will fall to the back of the queue for all service types if you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Cancel more than <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">ONE <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">(1) booking<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Go offline\/ switch off \u2018available for jobs\u2019 button for more than 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Leave Waiting Area without any bookings and return after 5 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 16pt;color: #00b14f;text-decoration: none\">What happens to my queue ranking if a passenger cancels on me?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">If you\u2019ve left the Waiting Area to pick your passenger up and your passenger cancels on you, your queue ranking for the cancelled service type will <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">still remain on the top<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">\u00a0providing you return to the area <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">within 10 minutes<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">However, your queue ranking for other service types will be pushed to the back.
