1) The <\/span>Eratkan Jalinan <\/span><\/i>campaign (\u201cCampaign\u201d) is organized by Etika Sdn. Bhd. (17296-P) (used to be known as Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd) and MyTeksi Sdn Bhd. (953755-D) (\u201cOrganizer\u201d). This campaign is open to all except employees of the organizer (contract or permanent employees), agents or contractors and immediate family members (children, parents, siblings and spouse)<\/span><\/p>\n 2)<\/span> By participating in this Campaign, participant has acknowledged to read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions and General and Limit of Responsibilities of this Campaign. Organizer\u2019s decisions are final. <\/span><\/p>\n GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/b><\/p>\n 1)<\/span> Final decisions made by the organizer cannot be challenged. Any request form of appeal will not be entertained. <\/span><\/p>\n 2)<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>Organizer will not be responsible on any mishap, delay, injury, loss of life or accidents that may happen during the travel period of this campaign. <\/span><\/p>\n 3)<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>All costs, including transportation, accomodation, personal, or any other expenses incurred by participant will be borne by the participant. <\/span><\/p>\n 4)<\/span> If participant fails to show up at the schedule time and date of the ride, the booking is forfeited. <\/span><\/p>\n 5)<\/span> Organizer reserves the right to cancel any participation if participant breaches the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign. <\/span><\/p>\n 6)<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>Organizer reserves the right to eliminate, refuse, or cancel any participation without giving a cause. <\/span><\/p>\n 7)<\/span> \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Organizer will not be responsible on any occurrence that may happen that could prevent participant from completing participation in this Campaign. This includes technical difficulties or other limitations, including but not limited to random occurrences, <\/span>government directives, natural disasters and others. <\/span><\/p>\n 8)<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>The Organiser shall not be liable to pay any costs or damages to the participants as a result of participating in this campaign but the cost of travel that has been booked by participants through Grab during this Campaign<\/span><\/p>\n 9)<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>Organiser reserves the right to print or display information , images, sound or video recording and participation without the prior consent or make any payment to the participant for any purpose of advertising, publicity , business promotion or announce the names of participants in any media or electronics .
