However, some passengers might take advantage of this feature by stopping at a location for a prolonged period of time. We advise you to practise informing passengers politely at the beginning of a multi-stop ride that you are only allowed to wait for a maximum of 3 minutes at the extra stop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">If your passenger leaves you waiting for more than 3 minutes, kindly call us and we would cancel the trip on your behalf.
