Make sure you\u2019re parked in a safe spot with the parking brakes applied before you attempt any of these exercises. <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 14pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: underline\">Neck Exercises<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Sit upright <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #666666\">Sit on your left hand<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Lean your body to the right<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Use your right hand to press your head down to the right. Round your back and squeeze your abs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #666666;text-decoration: none\">Once you come up, bring your arms to the back and hold the back of the seat.
