To use the Passenger No-Show Cancellation Feature, please tap \u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 first once you arrive at the pick-up point. The feature will not be available if you try to cancel before you arrive at the pick-up point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">What happens if I tap \u2018I\u2019ve Arrived\u2019 before reaching the pick-up point?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #565d6b;text-decoration: none\">You will receive a notification that your current location does not match the pick-up point. It is okay if you have tapped &#8216;I&#8217;ve Arrived&#8217; before reaching the pick-up point, just make sure you only press \u2018Yes\u2019 in the notification message once you&#8217;re at the pick-up point if you wish to use the feature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;line-height: 1.6\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/msmdraftbackup.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/05\/27450_gubq3cfpf3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"454\" height=\"808\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">How long must I wait at the pick-up point before cancelling using \u2018Passenger no-show\u2019?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 12pt;color: #565d6b;text-decoration: none\">As per our current practice, please wait at least 5 minutes at the pick up location for your passenger, before using the Passenger No-Show Cancellation Feature. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">The passenger did not show up and I\u2019ve already driven off. When I try to cancel the job using \u2018Passenger no-show\u2019, the option isn\u2019t available. Why is this so?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #565d6b\">If the passenger does not show up after 5 minutes, you need to cancel the job while still at the pick-up point. The feature will not be available if you try to cancel after <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #565d6b\">driving off.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #009d3b;text-decoration: none\">How about the other situations whereby the passenger books the wrong vehicle type. How can I cancel these jobs without affecting my CR?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;line-height: 1.6\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #565d6b\">At present, the feature only works with the stated criteria. Rest assured, we are working on improvements to cater for other cancellation cases.
