How to Participate:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Use PayLater by Grab to make eligible payments online or in-store during the Campaign Period. Campaign Period:<\/u><\/b><\/p>

  1. The Campaign will run from 19 Jan 2026, 12.00am to 15 Feb 2026, 11.59pm \u2013 Malaysian Time GMT+8 (\u201cCampaign Period\u201d).\u00a0<\/li>
  2. Any participation after the Campaign Period shall no longer be entitled for any Entry.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue, or terminate the Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

    Winners Selection \/ Notification:<\/u><\/b><\/p><\/div>

    1. Two (2) winners<\/b> will be selected each week, with a total of eight (8) winners<\/b> to be awarded throughout the Campaign Period.<\/li>
    2. Winners will be determined based on system-generated entries, specifically the 8,888th and 18,888th valid entries recorded by Grab\u2019s system each week.<\/li>
    3. The winner will be contacted by Grab within three (3) working days of the relevant Campaign week via a call and an email, subject to the discretion of Grab, for further instructions regarding the process of receiving their Reward. Where required by Grab, the winner shall acknowledge and\/or respond within the stipulated time frame specified in the communication (whether by call or email). Failure to comply with such requirement may result in disqualification, and Grab reserves the right to award the Reward to another winner.<\/li>
    4. Grab shall not be held liable if a winner cannot be contacted for any reason.<\/li>
    5. Grab reserves the right, at its discretion, to invite winners to attend a session at Grab\u2019s office or another designated location for verification, photography, videography, or media recording purposes.<\/li>
    6. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, marketing, or promotional activities, including but not limited to the use of their name, image, likeness, photographs, videos, and statements for Campaign-related announcements across Grab\u2019s platforms without any additional compensation.<\/li><\/ol>

      Rewards:<\/u><\/b><\/p>

      1. Each winner of this Campaign is entitled to receive 1,000,000 GrabCoins (the \u201cReward\u201d)<\/li>
      2. The Reward will be granted on a one (1) time basis only.<\/li>
      3. The terms of use of the Reward is subject to the terms of service which can be accessed\u00a0here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>
      4. The Reward must be redeemed and utilized exclusively within the Grab App and shall expire six (6) months from the date it is credited to the winner\u2019s Grab account.\u00a0<\/li>
      5. Reward is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be redeem for cash, credit or other rewards.<\/li>
      6. The Reward is non-convertible to cash or any monetary value and must be redeemed and utilized within the stipulated validity period. Should the Reward remain partially or fully unused upon the expiry of the validity period, the unused portion shall be forfeited. No extensions, compensation, or reimbursement of any forfeited Reward, whether in cash or in kind, will be provided under any.<\/li>
      7. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby consent to Grab, and\/or such third-party appointed by Grab, collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to this Campaign, for the express purpose of informing you of your win and\/or informing the public of a winner, including but not limited to sending communication to notify a win (in-app push notification, phone call and\/or email), announcing your name\/last 4 digits of your phone number, and\/or releasing a photograph of you as the Grand Prize winner in our winner\u2019s announcement.
